Earlier this week, Justin Timberlake was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
A spokesperson for Sag Harbor Police told CNN that Justin was observed “operating his vehicle in an intoxicated condition,” while court records alleged that the singer’s eyes were “bloodshot and glassy,” and that he had a “strong odor of an alcoholic beverage.”
A complaint written by a Sag Harbor Village police officer alleged that Justin was initially pulled over for running a stop sign and failing to stay in his lane. The complaint, which was obtained by NBC News, also alleges that Justin “was unable to divide attention,” had “slowed speech,” was “unsteady afoot,” and “performed poorly on all standardized field sobriety tests.”
Justin reportedly told an officer, “I had one martini and I followed my friends home.”
