Earlier this week, Justin Timberlake was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

A spokesperson for Sag Harbor Police told CNN that Justin was observed “operating his vehicle in an intoxicated condition,” while court records alleged that the singer’s eyes were “bloodshot and glassy,” and that he had a “strong odor of an alcoholic beverage.”

A complaint written by a Sag Harbor Village police officer alleged that Justin was initially pulled over for running a stop sign and failing to stay in his lane. The complaint, which was obtained by NBC News, also alleges that Justin “was unable to divide attention,” had “slowed speech,” was “unsteady afoot,” and “performed poorly on all standardized field sobriety tests.”
Justin reportedly told an officer, “I had one martini and I followed my friends home.”
Justin was held overnight for arraignment after being placed under arrest, per the police. According to the Suffolk County district attorney’s office, his next court appearance is scheduled for July 26.

Now, according to People, a source has revealed how Justin’s wife, Jessica Biel, is apparently feeling amid his arrest.

The source said that Justin’s arrest was a “distraction” for Jessica, stating, "She had to film yesterday. She doesn't like any attention on the family, especially not negative.”

The insider added that Jessica is “not happy” about the arrest, though she remains committed to sticking by Justin’s side. The pair have been married since 2012 and share two kids: Silas, 9, and Phineas, 4.
